This project involved the full redecoration and furnishing of two apartments within Cedar Lodge, located in Nottingham’s sought-after Park Estate. The aim was to create stylish, comfortable interiors that would appeal to quality tenants while maximising rental potential.
Each apartment was carefully refreshed with a clean, modern scheme and fully furnished with a thoughtful selection of pieces to ensure a cohesive, move-in ready finish. The design balances practicality with a polished look, helping the properties stand out in a competitive rental market.
The result was two well-presented, inviting homes that are ready for immediate occupancy, offering both visual appeal and everyday functionality.
