With everyone either thinking about putting up their tree this week or you already have it up, we are loving some of the new colour trends on the high street this year. And by far our favourite is the bronze, brown and burn orange…we literally can’t get enough of it.
This super luxurious scheme is easy to create at home, whether its through some new baubles, beautiful ribbon bows or some homemade decorations, below we will show you how to create this look.
Baubles
There are some great options out there from high street to high end, so depending on your budget, there are lots to chose from. Marks and Spencer have had some lovely brown and antique gold glass baubles, whilst Nkuku have had some beautiful shapes.
Ribbons and texture
Ribbons are a really big trend this year and really help add some depth and texture to your tree. From any good haberdashery store or online, lots of different shades and textures can be purchased. Mixing luxury and rustic, such as velvet and hessian ribbons, help to create this beautiful look.
Handmade crafts
Adding those extra finishing touches to the tree are so important. Buying a pack of dried orange slices and threading them with twine, create the most simple yet stunning decorations – and they smell great. Threading chunky beads into a garland or tying bells onto ribbon, all help make your tree feel more magical.
Happy tree decorating and Merry Christmas from all at Amanda Campbell Interiors.
