10 YEARS!

Sometimes I have to pinch myself that Amanda Campbell Interiors has been going for 10 whole years.

When I started the business, I honestly had no idea where it would take me. Ten years later, I've designed countless homes, worked with so many wonderful clients and built a business around something I'm genuinely passionate about.

There have been highs, challenges, late nights, lots of learning and plenty of moments where I've wondered what on earth I was doing!

But here I am, 10 years on, and I couldn't be more proud.

I've shared the full story of how it all started, from being made redundant to taking on my very first project seven months pregnant with Molly, over on the blog.

A little award appreciation post…

It’s been a few weeks since Amanda Campbell Interiors picked up TWO awards and I’m still feeling incredibly grateful.

Interior Design Business of the Year – East Midlands 2026 at the My Local Awards and Best Interior Designer in Newark-on-Trent at the Quality Business Awards.

To receive this recognition in the year I celebrate 10 years in business feels pretty special. Most of all, I’m thankful to everyone who took the time to vote, recommend me and support my business.

We've had lots of new faces here lately, so we thought it was time to introduce ourselves properly!

I'm Lisa, the creative and super-organised one behind the social media (and quite a bit of the design work too!) at Amanda Campbell Interiors.

I work part time alongside Amanda, helping bring our projects, ideas and inspiration to life both online and behind the scenes.

When I'm not busy doing all things Amanda Campbell Interiors, I'm working in a busy marketing role and running around after my two gorgeous children...so life is definitely never dull!

I love being part of a business that gets to create beautiful, practical spaces for our clients, and I feel very lucky to work alongside Amanda and be part of the journey.

Good afternoon,

If you’ve followed me for a while, you might remember our kitchen was featured in KBB Magazine a few years ago.

It was a kitchen renovation and extension, creating our dining space and, most importantly, bringing more light into our north-facing garden through lots of glass, skylights, a huge picture window and apex glazing above the bifolds.

But what I really wanted to share is the difference between then and now.

Look at how minimal the accessories were when the magazine photographs were taken.

Fast forward a few years and the space has evolved — and that’s exactly why I always say live in your home before deciding on all the finishing touches.

The things we’ve added over the years aren’t just accessories bought because they looked nice online. They all tell a story.
