I will continue to offer most services virtually via video, Zoom/FaceTime/Skype (whatever suits my client). My Virtual services are as just as effective and well received as a home visit, as this way of working isn’t new to me, I’ve been offering virtual services since starting Amanda Campbell Interiors as I work nationally. Please have a look at my reviews to help you decide.
• All consultation video calls will be over Zoom/FaceTime/Skype.
• All Moodboards will be emailed to the client prior to my presentations.
• All samples will be posted to clients home address in time for my presentations.
• All presentation/handover calls over Zoom/FaceTime/Skype.
Home visits – Social distancing
Communicating with clients prior to arrival, and on arrival, to ensure the household understands the social distancing and hygiene measures that should be followed once the home visit begins.
Maintaining good ventilation in the work environment, for example keeping windows or doors open.
Washing hands frequently when carrying out work. I will wash my hands when I leave home and use hand sanitizer prior to home visit.
Removing all my belongings from the clients home at the end of a consultation meeting.
